This report was created for Central Michigan University's Park Library. Our client was interested in leaning about:

How undergraduate students find out about Park Library study spaces?

How undergraduate students find the location in the Park Library that best meets their needs?

How can they get students' attention to best inform them about the variety of study spaces available?

Our group gathered a focus group, conducted multiple individual interviews and a survey of various students from different academic backgrounds to get a sense of
undergraduates usage of Park Library study spaces.
​
This class project taught me the importance of what research on a clients target audience can do to improve an advertising campaign, with results to back it up. During Campus Conversation organized by CMU Alumni Relations, the CMU Library presented our class project and how our research benefited the library in many meaningful ways, which can be seen below.
